Composition of PE pipe production line

The PE pipe production line is an automated complete equipment specifically designed for producing polyethylene (PE) pipes. Its core components include the following key parts:

Extruder

As the heart of the production line, high-speed and high-efficiency single-screw extruders are typically employed, equipped with barrier mixing elements and ceramic heating rings, to enhance plasticizing efficiency and material mixing uniformity.

Molding mold

The design primarily features a spiral die, which boasts characteristics such as low melt temperature, excellent mixing performance, and low cavity pressure, ensuring stable pipe molding.

Vacuum sizing and cooling system

Consisting of multiple vacuum control boxes and water-ring cooling sizing sleeves, it ensures the dimensional accuracy, roundness, and surface finish of the pipe material through precise control of vacuum degree and the adoption of water film lubrication cooling technology. ‌

Traction device

Utilizing a synchronous traction machine equipped with an imported brand-name speed regulator, stable and high-precision traction speed control is achieved. ‌

Cutting and packaging equipment

Cut the cooled and solidified tubing to a fixed length and complete the subsequent packaging process to achieve fully automated production. ‌

Electrical control system

The core is a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programmable control module, equipped with a human-machine interface (such as a touch screen), allowing all process parameters to be set and displayed, thus achieving intelligent control of the production process. In addition, according to production needs, the production line can also be equipped with a marking line-specific extruder to produce pipes with color marking lines.
